NORWALK, CT — A Norwalk resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town last week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Friday, Debra Felter won $20,000 playing a "20X Cash 7th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Pressure Discount Tobacco LLC in Norwalk.
