The Job
Our Antioch (300 units spread over 36 buildings) community is looking to hire two onsite, experienced maintenance technicians to help out our current three-man maintenance staff. On-site housing may be available.
Along with work orders and turnovers, we do ask our maintenance staff to paint and help manage the grounds, but we do our best to support our staff through vendors and additional contractors. We do not want to burn you out or run you into the ground.
Apartment maintenance experience required. Turnover and work orders. Plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, grounds, etc. Must have current driver’s license, reliable transportation (truck preferred) and your own tools.
The Team
Along with our current three maintenance techs, we also have a full-time housekeeper and four person management and leasing staff. This is a hardworking, well rounded staff who enjoy working with one another. They would love to add you to the team.
The Community
is a nice apartment community in Antioch, at the Pittsburg boarder, right off of Highway 4. Shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and BART are also just a few miles away, which makes living onsite a great benefit.
