Description

My first-born started reading at 2 years old. Like many parents these days, I have a full-time job outside the house and another full-time job when I get home. Unfortunately, I don’t have much time to devote to teaching my child to read. The current way reading is taught focuses on memorizing sight words and shapes. But there are over 170,000 words in the English language and sight words and shapes are really confusing. I got the premium package, took Jim’s advice, and worked on helping my son to develop his phonemic awareness skill through play. It is an eye-opener to a young child’s learning potential and an empowering feeling for a parent. If your younger toddler has more advanced speech development, you can start your child earlier. According to research, the first five years of your child’s development are very crucial as they leave a lifetime effect on your child’s personality. Little kids’ brains are like sponges. They learn very quickly. Most of the parents that have used this program claim that it is simple but very powerful. The approach in this course is scientifically proven, and kids will be capable of generating sounds from words within no time. They have seen their kids achieve fluency after using it for a few minutes daily. The step-by-step program shows you exactly how to teach your child phonics and phonemic awareness. Also, if your child is finding learning to read difficult then the Children Learning Reading program will help them to overcome this and read proficiently. Another factor that makes this program recommendable, is that it does not encourage memorization. Where most educational systems encourage and stress on memorizing important facts, this program stresses more on understanding facts. The lessons are short to match the short attention span of little kids and the busy schedules of parents. Keep it fun for the toddler to learn, and keep each lesson under 10 minutes. My son is now halfway through his Stage 2 lessons. The second stage is an advancement to the first stage with extra lessons to improve their reading skills. “Today a reader, tomorrow a leader.“ Hopefully you'll see your child's reading skills and reading ability improve quickly.
