If you answered yes to both of these questions your child is eligible for a seat in a State-funded Pre Kindergarten Program. Go to http://www3.ride.ri.gov/pklott... to submit an application for your child to be included in the Pre K Lottery. Applications are also available at EBCAP Head Start, 8 John H. Chafee Blvd in Newport and EBCAP Head Start, 740 West Main Rd (J.F. Kennedy School) in Middletown.
