Currently looking for one to two full time Cleaning technicians… Job will include Deep cleaning vacant houses to prepare them to go back onto the rental market. Must be able to work on feet for 5-8 hours a day. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to drive to and from the homes needing to be serviced. Also must be able to take before and after photos of the job to provide proof of completion. Must be able to provide Drivers license and Social and complete a W9 form for tax purposes. Pay will be flat rate per house, averaging 16-26.00 an hour depending on how fast you complete the houses.
