General Building and Conveyor Maintenance - Experience in building/industrial maintenance or a related trade. - Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. - Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines. - Always on standby to repair machines that develop mechanical problems. - Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, test and make adjustments. - Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling equipment components - Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization. - Comply with Safety Regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. - Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. - 2 years experience in industrial maintenance, welding, carpentry, and auto mechanics.
