Volman REI, a property management company is looking for a qualified applicant to serve as Maintenance Assistant for Hollywood area apartments. No experience necessary. Duties: Duties include picking up trash in and around apartments, painting apartments to get them ready to be re-rented, basic cleaning of the common areas of the apartment buildings, basic home owner electric and plumbing and assisting the property handyman as an extra hand with larger jobs when needed. Property where work is located each day is in Hollywood, FL. Qualifications: - Honesty - We expect the highest level of integrity. This is THE most important qualification for this job. - Reliable Transportation is a requirement! Your own vehicle. If you own a truck to haul materials this is a plus. - Dependable, hardworking and on time. - Relevant Experience a plus but NOT a requirement. Compensation: Salary: $12/hour (with opportunity to increase) Hours: 8-4pm Monday through Friday. Full time - 40 hours a week guaranteed.
