Join us on May 22nd for our first Keeper’s Heart Single Barrel Tasting Experience led by our world renowned Master Distiller, Brian Nation! Once a month we’ll release a new expression of our unique Irish + American Whiskey finished in a different barrel…and you’re invited to taste & purchase a bottle first! This month’s Single Barrel Tasting Experience is our Keeper’s Heart whiskey finished in our rye barrels. The use of our freshly harvested rye barrels accentuates the rye character of Keeper’s Heart by delivering additional spiciness and tropical fruits which enhances the overall complexity of the whiskey, while also enhancing the mouthfeel with an additional syrupy texture. The charred oak finish tends to linger that little bit longer too. During the event you’ll get to taste Keeper’s Heart Irish + American at 110 proof, the American Rye component at 110 proof, and lastly the Keeper’s Heart Irish + American Rye finish at 110 proof - that’s 3 unique whiskeys you’ll get to try, accompanied by some of our tastiest menu items.
