PHILADELPHIA — Police in Philadelphia are offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a man sought in a deadly 2021 shooting. According to police, the incident occurred at about 2:25 a.m. on Sunday, May 30, 2021 on the 1000 block of West Olney Avenue. Video of the incident shows the victim and suspect talking and hug before the shooting. The suspect was last seen running north on 10th street from Olney Avenue, police said. The suspect is described as a black, heavyset man with a full beard and in his late twenties to early thirties. If you see this suspect, do not approach him and contact 911 immediately.
