He has been able to provide job opportunities for the past 16 years as the owner of Phat Fades Barbershop, where barbers willing to take their careers to the next level will be mentored by him along the way. Charles is fortunate enough to have worked with renowned artists in the hair industry as well as highly influential clients. He frequently travels and hosts seminars, expos and trade shows and is currently working on projects to further educate new artists and business professionals on trending styles, products and business ownership.
