Found young, male black cat

For the last few days there has been a friendly, unaltered, young male cat hanging around the corner of 13th Ave NE and Dearborn Ave NE, near Clagget Park. He likes to lick, is very vocal, and looks like he had a home until recently. He is very clean and looks healthy. He is all black except for a few white hairs on his chest. I can’t bring him inside my house because my cat doesn’t like other cats. If this sounds like your cat, please come get him.
