Hi :) My partner and I have been vegan for 7 years now and are raising vegan kids! We do not judge anyone for their beliefs concerning health or the foods they choose is best for them. That being said we recently helped a very sick friend heal himself simply by changing his diet! It was very fun to share recipes and meals and knowledge that we have learned along our vegan journey and be able to help someone feel good again! It was trully a wonderful experience and something we have decided we want to continue! When people find out we are vegan they are always shocked saying, I wouldnt know what to eat, or dont you miss good food!? What about cheese!? Lol. Honestly it becomes easy once you have been at it as long as we have and people are surprised that we eat all the same meals they do we have just learned to make them healthier. They still taste amazing and the health benefits we feel every day! If you are wanting to try more vegetarian/ vegan meals but not sure where to start I'd love to help by sharing some recipes and easy transition meals, or ideas to get you started. Maybe you are struggling with some stomach conditions or need to loose weight thats leading to other health concerns? Diet changes have been proven to help. Why not give it a try? We can meet via zoom or phone calls for meal prep and cooking together or possibly in person. Maybe you are already vegan/ vegetarian/ whole foods plant based and would like to swap some recipes?
