Summer Solstice celebration featuring tarot, yoga, drumming, and more... The Summer Solstice celebrates the power of growth and expansion. The summer is a time to appreciate the abundance that has come from planting seeds and new ideas. Let’s honor these long days filled with the sun that nourishes our spirit as it does the earth with gentle movement, deep meditation, rhythmic beats, community, and lots of fun!! We will incorporate intuitive tarot readings, yoga, Brainspotting, and hands on drumming to enhance the experience as we celebrate new possibilities!! *** Hand drums and percussion instruments will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you want ***Bottled water and light refreshments will be available Please make sure to bring the following items to help enhance your experience: Yoga mat This is an outdoor event so please dress comfortably and appropriate for the weather Snacks if you would like You will need a phone or electronic device with access to YouTube for the Brainspotting music by David Grand You will also need earbuds to connect to your phone or electronic device for the biolateral music A lawn chair And anything else that makes you comfortable!! Meet your Presenters: Kelly Singer Werkheiser Mystical Kel is an intuitive tarot and oracle card energy reader. She will be delivering insights around the season's energies, as well as offering private donation-based readings. Deanna Marie Nagle Deanna has been teaching yoga in the Lehigh Valley for almost 13 years, with a specialty in somatic yoga for stress and pain relief. Her unique style incorporates various themes of mind, body and spirit with creative sequencing. You can find her teaching yoga throughout the valley at various locations including several area libraries and yoga studios and on Facebook at Deanna Nagle Yoga. Jenna Galligani, MS, LPC Jenna has over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health therapist, is a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and a Master level Reiki Practitioner and teacher. It was through her work as a therapist that she began to realize there is more to this world than meets the eye. Her journey into the metaphysical world launched forward when she went blind in 2012. Losing her vision forced her to tap into this unseen aspect of our existence. Her energy work acted as a catalyst to help her develop her psychic and mediumistic abilities. She has studied a variety of energy modalities over the past decade and has been developing her mediumship over the past 5 years, including studying with international tutors to hone her abilities as a psychic/medium. Jenna is passionate about helping individuals heal, deepen their intuition, and bridge the gap between individuals and their loved ones. Jim Steager Jim Steager is a multi-instrumentalist and recording artist for over 30 years. He will guide the drum circle. Jim brings his passion for rhythm and music to this workshop for hands on learning and exploring the healing and community aspects of drumming.
