Gather up your family and kick off summer vacation with a fun scavenger hunt! Kick off summer with a fun family activity! The Great Start Parent Coalition invites you to participate in family friendly scavenger hunt. Using the GooseChase app you'll explore your neighborhood, parks, downtown Grand Rapids and more! Each family will be randomly assigned to one of three teams: LOVE, COUNT or PLAY. Each family will work independently to complete scavenger hunt tasks and the points will be tallied by team. The winning team (LOVE, COUNT or PLAY) will each receive a special gift for their family to enjoy. In addition, we will have a drawing of the families on the winning team for one GRAND PRIZE. We will have scheduled times for you to pick up your family swag bag which will include fun items that will help with your scavenger hunt tasks. Please NOTE: The event is NOT at 118 Commerce Street. That is only our business location. Eventbrite required a physical address. The scavenger hunt will be in your own neighborhoods, parks and other locations throughout the city of Grand Rapids. To learn more about the event, participants are welcome to attend our June 9th Great Start Parent Coalition where we will explain the rules in detail.
