GLEN ELLYN, IL — Some parking lots will be closed in downtown Glen Ellyn to accommodate the Glen Ellyn Carnival, which runs May 18 through May 22. The following parking lots will be closed or have limited parking starting May 15: Crescent and Glenwood Parking Lot will be closed May 15 at 6 p.m. through May 23 at 8 a.m. Crescent Boulevard will be limited to employee and customer parking only May 15 at 6 p.m. through May 23 at 8 a.m. During this time, visitors can park in permit parking areas with their parking permits visible. The parking lot at Main and Crescent will offer three-hour meter parking in areas that are not designated for employee or customer parking.
