Hey guys wanted a few guys to come over take turns using my punching bag. It's new to the real punching needs broken. Maybe one on each side holding the leg bag up and steady while 3rd party get wide open shots and drills it in variety of kicks. Speed bag optional just need at least 2 or 3 to break it in nice
