HOPKINS, MN — One man was arrested following a shooting at a Hopkins apartment complex Monday, police said. At about 4:30 a.m., Hopkins officers responded to the Town Terrace Apartments on the 9900 block of Excelsior Boulevard on a report of one person shot. The condition of the person who was shot "is unknown at this time," police said. Investigators said they recovered a gun from the scene. The suspect is at Hennepin County Jail with charges pending, according to authorities. Police said that the two people involved are related and that this was an "isolated incident."
