Job Start Time: 8PM Job Duties • Provide Valet Trash to multi-family housing properties. • Lite property cleanup around multi-family housing properties. • Hauling trash from residents’ doorsteps to community dumpsters/compactor. • Hauling recycling to onsite recycling dumpster or offsite dumpster • Able to lift 50 lbs. while moving downstairs. • Reporting violations to Manager on a nightly basis • Report to manager about nightly job duties at assigned property. Requirements • Must have a clean driving record. • Must carry insurance • Background Check Required • Must have open bed truck and reliable transportation to perform job duties. • Must be 18 and older to perform job duties.
