Central Maine Property Management seeking a full-time maintenance person (40 Hrs./ week over-time available). Able to assess, fix and maintain a wide variety of general maintenance issues that arise within maintaining property. We service Lewiston, Rumford, Augusta and surrounding areas.
Needed: Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, skills; clean background check, valid driver's license, dependable transportation, basic tools, honest character.

The hours for this position Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Willing to rotate on-call emergency service once every 5 weeks (compensated extra accordingly + time) 8 Paid holidays + 1+ week paid time off, mileage, $100 phone stipend/ month. No health benefits at this time.
