* We are a long-time property management and real estate investment company. We are currently looking to find and buy several properties in the Athens area to add to our portfolio in the 4 weeks, between 5/20 and 6/17. * For that, we need a part-time local property scout who knows the area well, is well-connected in the community and/or gets in contact with many people through their regular work. * This work entails talking to people, finding properties that we can buy, and possibly looking at properties for us. * The work can be done on any day at any time, for example after hours or on the weekend, after your regular job. * You can do as much or as little as you want. Of course, as with anything, the more you do, the higher the income potential. * If you are interested, we will set up a call to determine if it’s a fit for you and us. * The pay will depend on the number of tasks you are able to complete for us. It starts at $500 per property we buy and goes up to $1,000. * If you do well, we will consider you again for upcoming gigs or even on an ongoing basis. Either way, it is a side gig.
