Due to continued growth, Renewal by Andersen is looking for a Field Installation Manager to add to our highly successful team! Our process begins with a free in-home consultation. We then custom-make beautiful, energy-efficient composite windows and professionally install them for optimal performance. What you'll do (Including, but not limited to): - Check in with the crews every morning to review projects of the day, set expectations, answer any questions - Follow-up with previous projects and outstanding items - Review paperwork from the crew for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness - Review job costs and final labor - Check out with the crews every evening to ensure the crews complete the job at a reasonable time, and discuss any pending issues - Attend customer site and evaluate the crew performance, job status, and customer satisfaction. - Perform a final walk-through and answer questions. - Review permit status, stucco, or scaffold status. - Create and maintain a pending list of all new and unfinished projects, all job statuses needed to be updated in a timely manner What you'll do post-install service: - The FS will create a punch list and review it with the customer, submit requests to order additional parts, schedule follow-up service crews, and estimate any chargeback as needed. - FS will be responsible for ensuring final payments are collected, the customer is satisfied, and review survey. Does this sound like you?: - 3+ years of experience in residential construction - 3+ years of experience in project management in the field with subcontractors· - Independently manage, negotiate, and evaluate contractors in the field. - Ability to lead, develop, train, and directly supervise field crew. - Customer focus, experience, and a commitment to delivering excellence in customer service· - Ability to resolve disputes or payment issues with impeccable professionalism. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments· - Must have basic computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Project· - Good character on professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication, team player, strong work ethic - Knowledge or experience in home improvement What you'll get: - Competitive pay of $55,000-$65,000/annually, with bonus opportunity! - PTO (vacation, sick, and holiday pay) - Medical, vision, and dental insurance - Voluntary life insurance and long-term disability - 401k plan - Student loan reimbursement program If this sounds like an opportunity you would like to speak further about please reach out shortly!
