Cohen-Esrey communities is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to support and maintain customer fulfillment initiatives as they relate to the physical upkeep and maintenance needs. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring customer fulfillment by responding to maintenance repair requests in a timely manner and preparing vacant units in preparation for new resident move-ins.
