I play keys. I know plenty of dead/phish songs, and if I don't know the song I can learn it quickly. I have a nord electro so I can do piano, organ, clav, wurlitzer, synth, etc. They all sound good. I am serious but easy going. I practice obsessively just to prepare for a rehearsal. I am never the guy in rehearsal that doesn't know a chord or arrangement. But I am not the kind of guy that gets pissed if someone makes a mistake. I am just looking to have fun. I am cool with gigging or not gigging.
