Hello, I am in desperate need of help with my divorce case. See, first off I have just been served unknowingly by my Uncle and upon reading over the paperwork, I found that no community property is being reported. That is not even close to the reality of things. The fact is that there is a whole property as well as multiple boats and vehicles, along with other assets that were acquired while married. There are other extenuating circumstances that I know are impertinent to my case. Because of the situation I've been left with since the split, I am having a hard time coming up with a retainer fee.
