Hello! Just a heads up to anyone who is considering buying a home that Russell Nash has worked on. please read the following issues ive has due to Russ working on a home we bought. We spend over 8,000 dollars in repairs to this home since August 2021. First I’d like to mention the day we moved in the electric in the 2nd & 3rd floor of our home was completely out due to the lack of knowledge & work ethic of this man when working on knob and tube wiring which could potentially be dangerous. We had multiple electricians in and out of our home attempting to fix issues while finding more. We needed to have many things rewired, & adjusted to meet safety. Another thing was the stove that came with the home that they installed could have caused life threatening issues due to incorrect wiring. The next major issue we had was our basement was flooding with sewer water due to incorrect work on the pipes we could not shower or flush the toilet for a few days & needed to go elsewhere. We have also encountered many issues with all types of floors in the home ( tile & wood. First, the tile in the kitchen & bathroom are cracking due to him caulking it to the floor. The wood floors throughout the rest of the home were painted with deck paint which may have worked if they were completed with a clear coat. The next thing we had issues with was our shower. The shower was installed incorrectly and there is poor quality with the caulking. The shower has now cased visible issues in our kitchen ceiling. These are only a few key examples of the unfortunate circumstances we had to endure due to Russ working on our home. Russ has poor work ethic & will cut corners on things. Russ may be able to build rapport throughout the community & with his client’s but he is not to be trusted working in your home or as a good person. I hope anyone reading this relays this to the next person so that they don’t have to experience anything we have had to go through. Russ, I suggest you find a new specialty outside of real estate. If you are seeking a trustworthy individual to assist you in find a home or repairing a home that you are looking to buy look elsewhere.
