General Laborer Needed Delaware Labor Resources Inc. Delaware Labor Resources (DLR) partners with a variety of companies requiring general labor. We are looking for responsible and dependable individuals to join our team. Qualifications: While previous experience in maintenance or one of the trades is preferable, it is not required. However, you must be able to work well with others in a team setting and have reliable transportation to get to job sites on time. Compensation: Dependent on experience, starting pay is $18 per hour and a raise is considered after 2 months Overtime is available Paid-time-off, paid vacations, and paid holidays are awarded at monthly intervals 401K offered AFLAC and other benefits offered Hours and Location: Work hours vary but are generally somewhere between 7am to 5:00pm. Most work takes place during weekdays but some weekend work may be required based on job assignment. Most work is located in New Castle county, Delaware some travel may be required. Duties: Carpet tear-out Apartment/Townhome turn Furniture moving Appliance Delivery and Removal Dumpster Clean-up Trash Clean-up Gutter Cleaning Trash-outs Residential Demo Snow Removal Light Plumbing Work Light Electrical Work Other duties needed to complete job assignments
