We will repair a small dent or scratch, shine up a dull finish or go all the way up to a total refinish of an antique treasure, or we will create a brand new custom designed, one-off creation that would shine anywhere in the world. We will see the challenge, meet the challenge, and exceed the challenge. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Prep and apply new finishes, hand applied paint and varnish. Prep and application of select sprayed finishes. The disassembly and re-assembly of the boats as needed to achieve the finish requirements. The applicant will make judgment as to the proper techniques and tools to properly accomplish the tasks set before them. Help to develop unity and teamwork with respect and positive attitude every day. Promote positive interdepartmental relationships. SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS & PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Able to work an average of 40 hours per week. Able to work a variety of shifts, which include weekends, nights, days, and holidays. Able to walk and stand on your feet 8 to 10 hours at a time. Able to walk on tile, carpet, and up and down stairs.
