Maintenance tech/handyman needed

I'm looking for a maintenance technician to work at three rental properties in Boulder. Some smaller jobs throughout the summer with the majority of the work being in the first 2-3 weeks of August while we prepare vacant apartments for move-in. Work could continue into the fall for the right candidate. Duties may include light-duty plumbing and electrical, painting, handyman odd-jobs, and interior maintenance. Must own your own tools.
