Looking for a skilled handyman that knows how to run ductwork. Knows water heaters and furnaces. Needing to reroute ductwork and relocate floor vents. House is pretty small. About 700 square feet. Knowing additional skills is a plus. Drywall, concrete, flooring. Have an older home that needs some basement work. Pay could be either hourly or by job.
