$100 bonus for new movers, $150 bonus for experienced move team leads. Payable after the first 5 jobs are completed satisfactorily (you can get this within days if your schedule is open and you take enough jobs!). Established Moving Company Seeking Reliable, Hard Working Movers! We're on track to double in size this year... meaning there are major growth opportunities for great movers coming on board. We will be opening up 2 satellite locations this year, now is the best time to get in with a great company! We're a casual, family owned small business. We love our community and what we do to help people. We work hard, and we reward hard work from our guys! Paid weekly 1099 Contractor - taxes are your responsibility. Please note, you will need to fill out paperwork (this isn't an under-the-table job). Ability to lift and carry 100+ lbs. And endurance/stamina to work hard for hours on end. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidates! Remember, customers tip based on how well you do, keep that in mind tips range from $20-100 per job. Mover positions starting at $20/hour, raises come based on work ethic. Experienced Mover Team Lead positions starting at $25/hour, with proven track record of supervisory experience, plus you must have reliable transportation. We also have referral incentives, if you refer another mover to us, you get a $100 bonus after 60 days completed. Reliable Transportation is Required (if you don't have a vehicle, you need to be able to take public transport/get rides to meet your team lead before your jobs for that day) - we complete jobs all over the Denver metro area and down to Colorado Springs. We're looking for a solid crew to be our A-Team for the Co Springs district, huge opportunity for growth! Drivers are much needed!!! We will provide a fuel stipend for jobs over 1 hour away. Drivers License A+ (required for drivers and team leads) Bilingual A+ (not required but it's helpful) The best candidates are: professional, clean, have a positive attitude, timely, efficient, have great customer service, strong communication skills, willingness to take initiative, creative problem solving, and team-players! Moving is a labor-intensive job... rain or shine, we still have a job to do.
