Need hardwood flooring and some other flooring

This is what I need. I need the main floor of a townhouse done with hardwood floor. It's just under 600 square feet. I need the stairs and upper floors done in something simpler - but I'm not sure yet. I am trying to save money given that this is an expense that is not mine. I also need this to be financed. So, if you are a private person, this may be hard. If you can figure out a way to do it another way, please let me know. One person suggested that I finance the purchase of the materials and then pay him $300 a month until I pay him off. I would consider that option. I am a long time resident of the area with great references. This situation will probably eliminate a bunch of potential workers but it's all I can do right now.
