You were riding a scooter and kind of gave me Uncle Kracker vibes. I asked you if the scooters were fun because I had never tried one but I didn't realize you were wearing earbuds. You saw me say something and make eye contact with you and looked very startled. I just wanted to say I'm sorry, I didn't mean to scare you!
