Commercial & Residential Mowing Needed

We are looking for a three week rotation for a commercial property that needs lawn cutting and some weed cutting for approximately 12 cuts per year. Large front area needs riding mower and small area in back. The rest is just weed trimming with opportunities for general clean up for additional pay every few months. Small residential property.5 in Durham also needs scheduled cuts. Must have the equipment and work professionally and reliably. Will provide walk through before agreeing on pricing but expect $175 per cut at commercial location.
