Talking auto insurance, I will try and not cuss. A neighbor of mine ran down our Mail box and post, it is now of those custom ones, I no longer am able to replace it on my own, so about a year ago it was ran over, we had a new one installed, rather fancy one like our other neighbors. Almost $600. Like a day being 1 year it was run down again, the lady tried to keep going, another person knocked on my door and told me, I went out and stoped her, police cam and filled out a, DRIVERS EXCHANGE INFORMATION. That was 03/17/2022, The persons Insurance is with, First Chicago Policy #INA61535603. PHONE # . I called and reported it the very next day. In about 2 or 3 days a adjuster came out looked it over, I even gave him the photos I had of the mail box & post along with the car & driver. He said he would get back to me. That been almost 3 months now, I have called about 3 or 4 times, keep putting me off, one call I held on for an hour then got cut off. Just a few minutes ago, about a half hour hold then a message to leave a message, when switched, it said sorry mail box is full and hang up. If you need any insurance I would not recommend FIRST CHICAGO, any body but.. Billy
