We are doubling production every month and looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join our team. WE NEED THE BEST, OF THE BEST! The Warehouse Supervisor maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items as well as assists with hiring, training and supervising staff. The Warehouse Supervisor sets, oversees and participates in warehouse operational standards. Why work at Pacific Bath Company: • Competitive Pay: $60,000 + annually • Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, & Voluntary Insurance • 401K and Group Life Insurance • Paid Time Off including Holidays • Advancement Opportunities What You’ll Do: • Supervise and direct warehouse staff, putting worker safety as a top priority. • Maintain shipping documentation, manifests, and receipts while completing necessary daily/monthly reporting. • Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatching orders, coordinate inventory transfers with the Production Department. • Maintain inventory and storage area. • Supervise and inspect all forklift activities. You Have: • 5+ years warehouse experience • 2+ years supervisory/management experience in a warehouse position Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques. • Outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations as well as input, retrieve and analyze data. • Forklift certification.
