My poor little senior Chihuahua is missing. Nicholas Cannard of Molalla( pictured above with my dog) came into my home and stole my dog on September 29th. The Clackamas County District attorneys office has issued a felony warrant for his arrest. Mr Cannard may currently be living in a homeless shelter or camp in Portland. Please call 911 if seen, reference case CCSO 21-021541 in Clackamas County, PPB 22-119840 in Portland.Please share with friends and veterinarians. I am offering a reward of $500 for information leading to the arrest of Mr Cannard and the return of my dog. She is a tiny 4 pound 14 year old Chihuahua being forced to live a life of homelessness. If given to a third party, please understand that you are in possession of stolen property. Thank you
