Looking for small family dog

I would love to add a small dog to our family. 2 requirements it must be potty trained and good with kids. Other than that I'm not too picky on breed, gender or age. I just want to provide a small dog a loving home. I am looking for one with a reasonable/small rehoming fee. Some breeds I absolutely love are Pomeranians and Corgis. I do live in ardmore but willing to travel
