Looking for a Handyman/Carpenter to be responsible for a wide range of repairs on multiple commercial properties. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, construction, and mechanical skills. Responsibilities include: • Repair and maintain properties according to local enforcement guidelines • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance • Identify, document, and report maintenance issues via software • General upkeep of properties to maintain smooth business operations Requirements: • Valid driver’s license • Positive attitude and good communication skills • Dependability • Self-Starter • Problem solver Salary: $35 per Hour Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 hours daily and possible weekends Serious inquiries only
