Compass Screen & Graphics is a growing apparel screen printing company in Waukesha. We are looking for an experienced screen printer to operate a manual press who could be easily trained to run an auto press, or someone who already can operate both.
Our customers expect high quality printing and fast turn-arounds. 90% of the work we do is 1-3 colors with easy setups. The desired candidate will need to be punctual, be able to work independently without a lot of guidance, know the correct inks for the garment materials, keep the working areas clean, have a good understanding of job priorities and be flexible when needed.
Pay depends on your experience level. This most likely will lead into a full time position with higher pay for those that show they can commit. We are looking for someone with a lot of charisma and self motivation.
