Experience as a HVAC supervisor/superintendent on new construction or HVAC residential service Large-scale HVAC residential or commercial/multifamily experience. Reading and interpreting blueprints. Installing HVAC units in new construction, residential settings Experience with managing subcontractors as well as maintaining relationship with GC and internal customers. Good communications skills in English. Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations and airflow impact Understands submittal data and related construction documents Understands equipment installation and operations manuals Experienced with sheet metal, duct board and flexible duct systems Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting Valid driver's license
