Description
Pepper is a 1 yr old female New Zealand rabbit. She is absolutely adorable and VERY friendly. She loves to be snuggled, petted and brushed. She is used to children handling her, not afraid of my large dog and is friendly with my cat. She has never bit anyone.
Unfortunately, my living situation has changed and I am no longer able to provide her with the home she is used to. At my old home she was free to roam the living room and would behave more like a housecat, sitting on our laps and lounging under the coffee table. She also had an outdoor enclosure that she spent lots of time in when the weather allowed.
I have 2 large outdoor pens that I have attached to one another and this is currently how she is caged in my garage. These pens do not have a top/roof of any kind and would not be appropriate to house her outdoors. She is not used to being confined in a small cage. I do have one 4ft indoor cage that I use for her to sleep in only when temps are in single digits.
She is used to fresh vegetables and fruit daily, her diet is mostly timothy hay.
She is not spayed. She is potty trained, only urinates in her litter box. But, as any rabbit owner knows, rabbit droppings may end up anywhere.
I think she weighs about 10lbs. Has no known health concerns and is used to regular nail trims.
I am terribly sad to see her go but I know someone else can give her a better life.
All the cages I have can go with her. I will supply a large amount of food for her as well.
Again, she is so friendly and loving, she needs someone that will give her the attention she is used to.
I am asking $100 solely to ensure she is going to a good home.
