Liberty is looking for Make Readies for the TOP Apartment Management Companies throughout the DFW area! We are immediately hiring for an Experienced Make Ready for a luxury apartment community. Becoming a Make Ready is an ideal way to start or progress your career in the property management industry! We are currently searching for a Make Ready to work with one of the largest and most prestigious management companies in the Austin area. If you’re a motivated, punctual, and dependable individual with the drive to move up with a company you would be a perfect fit! Essential Job Functions for Make Ready: • Respond and complete residential service requests in a timely manner as a Make Ready Technician • Resolve maintenance issues in the area of A/C, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair as a Make Ready Technician • Manages records of activity in maintenance log • Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements as a Make Ready Technician • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize • Maintain property appearance • Performs on-call and after hour’s emergency services as required • Provide residents with outstanding customer service • Must have experience with installation of ceiling fans, wall sockets and minor plumbing and electrical • Make Ready Technician may also do pressure washing and use paint spray guns • Must own basic tool set Make Ready Requirements: • At least 6 months of multi-family experience • Valid Driver’s License required • Reliable transportation required • Willing to submit to a background check • A/C, EPA or HVAC certification (where applicable) • The ability to safely lift 60 pounds We believe in delivering the highest level of service to our clients and associates every day.
