Monarch Investment is seeking a Seasonal General Laborer to join our team in North Kansas City, MO! Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Responsible for cleaning vacant apartments for new occupants -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas -Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed -Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company -Assists maintenance staff as requested, including but not limited to, preventative maintenance to buildings, moving appliances, and inspections Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: -6+ months experience in general labor role preferred -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) -General knowledge of daily maintenance groundskeeping/landscaping -Ability to safely operate equipment Equal Opportunity Employer
