Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed
Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas and parking lot as directed
Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
Remove garbage and recycling
Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
Operate pallet-jack and other equipment as needed
Requirements:
Detail-oriented
Punctual and reliable - unexcused absences and tardiness are not acceptable.
Strong work ethic
Must have a professional appearance and be safety focused.
Reliable transportation is required.
Full-time with insurance benefits after probationary period.
Vacation and holiday pay per terms of union CBA.
