We are a New Orleans style band that does: Traditional New Orleans Songs, Street Jazz, Dixieland, Rock ‘n Roll, Blues and Funk, etc. our line/up includes: lead guitar, keyboards, violin/banjo, Sax, Trombone, Bass, Drums and a female lead singer. All we need now is a trumpet player who, like ourselves, is a seasoned and versatile musician. We are in it for the love of the music and performing and would like to have someone who is available to rehearse probably every other week at most (for the horn section)-pros are welcome to apply, but be advised, this is not a fill-in position or one where a fee can be guaranteed. We’ll probably do an occasional benefit, porch fest, etc. that pays what it pays. We are not a start-up, we are in the process of re-forming. Most of us gigged out last year under a different name and we have several sets of material. You must be over 21 and have transportation.
