I need a JACK of all trades to repair misc problems at my house. They include plumbing, electric and some framing. Need ceiling fan installed, flapper in toilet, dimmer switch and some framing on back deck and repaif hole in the roof. Back deck needs about 2-3 boards replaced. I have the 2x6 boards for that and the shingles, screws and plywood for the roof. House is located by Mansfield dam, 6 miles from Lakeway.
