Accurately documents supplemental damage found during the repair process and prepares supplements to insurance carriers Understands the basic parameters of insurance programs, DRP and Non DRP programs Answers incoming calls accordingly, obtains signatures, authorizations and POA's for all repair transactions Communicates with each customer on the process of the vehicle repair in a timely and effective manner Reviews all final invoices, supplements and vehicles prior to customer contact for delivery Tracks production schedule for his or her vehicles and communicates those targets to customer sand other associates Responsible for closing services orders and obtaining payment from customer and insurance companies
