Historical building preservation company needs help on the jobsites. If you are inbetween college years and need a resume building job, or looking to get into a specialty field of historic building preservation, please apply. Helper duties will include: 1) Maintain small warehouse and job site clean up. 2) Company truck clean up. 3) Loading and unloading building materials from pick up trucks and trailers. 4) Helping to deliver materials to job sites and pick up debris from the job sites. 5) Helping craftsmen with project set up and tear down. This is a building preservation company, not a temp service or agency. This is full time work. Employees must have reliable transportation and be able to go to the home warehouse on time. Normal starting time is 7:00 AM. A valid drivers license with a relatively clean driving record is helpful. Experience with construction labor, masonry work or scaffolding is a plus. Any OSHA training is a plus. Please note that this is full time employment with competitive pay, paid direct deposit weekly. Once you show that you can do the job consistently, you will be eligible for raises. Health insurance, IRA, and paid time off are offered to all employees.
