Hello Crystal River Area! I am posting this ad to seek out a safe place to park my 2018 30 ft Coleman camper that I am currently full time living in with a business partner and close friend of mine. We are a very well regarded local business owner team that has an office located in Down Town New Port Richey. You can even google my business name GoLive Tampa Bay and find our 5 star reviews online to validate my company. My name is Justin Miller and my agency partner is Morena Tan. We are honest, hard working young entrepreneurs that only bring positive energy, and good manners to any circle. Since the Pandemic hit. I have decided to close down a rental unit both myself and my partner had. Thus saving us monthly revenue while we full time in a camper I bought in 2018 as a mobile office investment for our company. So far it’s been great! We are using it as needed to live and save money. However finding Godly, kind people who we want to park our unit around and be around has been a challenge. In addition to that all of the RV lots have tripled in price for lot rent. So this is me taking a leap of faith and following what God has asked me to do. I am humbly posting to seek a place that I may legally park and hook up my 30ft, 30 amp camper. I do have monthly revenue to pay a lot rent pending how much you are requesting and what You are offering at the location where I will be parking up. I do live in my camper full time, I also have 3 kenneled dogs that are full trained and very loving. If you have a piece of property, River property, land not being used, or extra Space where I can legally, discreetly, and privately park my camper for a few months while I explore the area. You would be a God send please contact me! I would prefer in the Homosassa springs area. Or somewhere in the nature coast north of my office off 19. I need to move my camper from where it is at now in Tampa on June 3rd. I am also seeking to purchase Ag zoned land to park my camper on full time and build on.
