Grounds Keeper needed for a large estate in German Village. Ability to drive a manual vehicle is a must. Must be able to physically clean cars, the garage, and help with the cleaning of the outside grounds. We are looking for a long-term commitment. Tech abilities are a plus (ability to figure out car systems and the ability to use your smart phone to send emails). Handyman abilities are a plus as well as knowledge on how to use fountain or pool pumps. This is a part-time job-5 days a week, but we need flexibility for special events. Must be presentable. Must pass a background check.
